By downloading and using Wibou, an iOS app published by MingoLabs, you accept the terms below. Take two minutes to read them.

The service

Wibou helps you log and visualise your baby's day: feeds, sleep, diapers, growth, health and memories. The trends, averages and predictions it shows are indicative and are not medical advice. Wibou never replaces a healthcare professional: if you have the slightest doubt about your child's health, see one.

Account and access

You must be of legal age to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for the information you enter, and for the people you give access to a profile. Tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Your content

The data and photos you add stay yours. You only grant us the right to host them and to show them to the people you invite, for the sole purpose of running the service.

Premium subscription

The core of Wibou is free. Wibou Premium is a subscription charged to your App Store account when you confirm the purchase. It renews automatically at the stated price unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You manage and cancel it in your App Store account settings; refunds are handled by Apple.

Acceptable use

Use the app lawfully. No attempts to reach other families' data, no reverse engineering or extraction of the code, no circumventing the limits of the free version, and no automated use that would disrupt the service.

Intellectual property

The app, its name, its design and its content belong to MingoLabs. You receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it; nothing else is granted to you.

Apple

These terms are between you and MingoLabs, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or for any claim relating to it, and support is provided by us, at the address below. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.

Warranty and liability

Wibou is provided "as is". We do our best to keep the service reliable, without being able to guarantee it will run uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, MingoLabs is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the information shown, nor for indirect damages. Nothing here limits your consumer rights.

Termination

You can stop using Wibou and delete your account at any time from the app. On our side, we may suspend an account in case of a serious breach of these terms or fraudulent use.

Changes

These terms may change as the app does. The date at the top of this page marks the current version; if something important changes, we will tell you in the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction, subject to the protective rules that apply to consumers.
